John E. Schrock, P.E. - Vice-President

Mr. Schrock joined Williams, Sweitzer and Barnum Inc. in 1971 as a co-op student.  He is a
1976 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Degree.  He received his Georgia Professional Engineering license in February 1981.

Mr. Schrock has extensive experience in the design of numerous civil engineering projects,
including grading, paving, drainage, site development, erosion control, utility design and
stormwater management.  He has served as project engineer on projects to design river levee
sytems, road layout and design, industrial site development, infrastructure design,
construction and modifications to sewage treatment facilities, well development and water
distribution systems.

Mr. Schrock is currently the project engineering and project manager on Georgia Department
of Transportation projects to design the South and Southeast Rome Bypasses and the U. S.
Highway 27 North from Veterans Memorial Highway to Old Dalton Road.  He is a member of
the Georgia Society of Professional Engineers, the Water Pollution Control Federation and
the American Water Works Association.
